This is simple and quick recipe .. I love making it and even it tastes wonderful ..try it out for lip smacking experience :)
1 tbsp jeera
Whole garam masala
200 gms paneer sliced long
One big onion sliced
One big capsicum sliced
6-7 garlic chopped
2 tomatoes - boiled in water, remove skin and chop fine
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 red chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp coriander full seed, roaster and crushed
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil
Put oil in kadai
Once hot put whole garam masala, red chilli and jeera
Then put onion n fry till transparent
Then put garlic and capsicum
Let capsicum cook , put salt in it
Then put tomatoes and fry for 1 min
Then put sugar, turmeric, chilli powder and coriander crushed seeds
After 2 mins when oil separate out, put paneer and mix well
Let it cook for 5-10 mins and then garnish with coriander leaves
And serve :-) .. It taste so good with paranthas .. Yummy
